At Emmanuel College, we are intentional about using data-informed decision making to ‘make better decisions, faster’ from the classroom through to the board level. The TrackOne Learning Analytics Suite has proven to be an essential tool in pursuit of these goals. Our teachers now have information at their fingertips which allows them to quickly and easily identify students that need extra support, those that need extension, and to gain valuable feedback which continuously informs their teaching practice.

The Learning Analytics suite is heavily used by our teaching staff; interaction with it for tracking student performance is an everyday practice here at St Patrick’s.  We were strategic in our role out, however, our staff’s data literacy is extremely high and so there was an appetite to roll out further features ahead of time. Our teaching staff will often make comments about how easy TrackOne is to navigate while providing so much detail about our student performance data.

We absolutely would recommend, and have recommended TrackOne to other schools.

For the past three years, we have heavily used the Pathways feature and all of our senior mentors now regularly add their meeting notes. The fact that these notes can now transfer from one Pathway to another has been a game changer for us as we work with our mentees for a two-year journey.

TrackOne Studio is the answer you need to reduce the time it takes to collate data from different spaces and draw connections. The continued live update of internal school data allows for on-the-spot information to be provided when needed. Visuals like graphs make data outcomes easier to understand and help staff monitor progress and areas of concern.
